As owners of Integrity Landworx, they have led the team for over 25 years and have a vision of Making Atlanta Beautiful one property at a time.They have always enjoyed playing in the dirt and watching a landscape project from start to finish and seeing the high quality end product is a source of great pride and joy.While they love playing in the dirt, they have enormous confidence in David and the Integrity leadership team to continue their vision of Making Atlanta Beautiful.
David Elerson
Operations Manager
David joined Integrity LandWorx as the Operations Manager in 2018. His love for the outdoors became apparent as a young man cutting grass for a local landscape company.His eye for landscape design and his customer focused attitude quickly became obvious . . .so it wasn’t long before his career blossomed.David continued to cultivate his passion for the “Green Industry” by earning his Environmental Horticultural degree and Commercial Pesticide License/Certification.David and his wife live in Smyrna and enjoy hiking and camping in the mountains of Georgia and North Carolina when he’s not leading the team as they Make Atlanta Beautiful.
Mike Bartlett
Installation Manager
Mike Bartlett joined Integrity LandWorx in 2019 as Manager of the Installation Department following his employment at Pike’s Nursery.His passion for working on a large range of projects while creating beautiful landscapes began in high school and continues to flower today.Mike lives in Acworth with his wife, daughter and a boxer. He enjoys fishing and wood working when he’s not beautifying the Atlanta area.
Chris Caggiano
Quality Control Liaison
Chris joined Integrity in 2019 as our Quality Control Liaison.His love for landscaping began in high school while he was working for his Father in South Carolina. Chris’ passion is around translating the landscaping wishes of our customers into reality.Chris and his wife moved to the Buckhead area along with their two dogs. He enjoys fly fishing and spending time with friends and family when he’s not helping to Make Atlanta Beautiful one property at a time.
